  • Lead scrum ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) for the Easy Access program team. This team was consisted of operational leads from Revenue Assurance, OPG physicians group and the Ohio Health digital team (Product Owners) and delivery project managers for each group. The focus of this role was educate the team on backlog grooming and rolling prioritization as well as coaching the team on sprint planning and work estimation.

  • Lead Human Centered design initiatives through empathy, discovery, problem identification and prototyping. Prototypes that were validated and approved by program exec team were added to the appropriate POD backlog.
  • Using insights gained from the HCD process, formulate the product roadmap and set product requirements in collaboration with the digital teams.
  • Set up the structure for communication and collaboration between all internal and external program stakeholders. Sprint demos, sponsor governance reviews and program status reports were utilized to ensure all stakeholders stayed well informed.
  • Lead the full SDLC for two transformation initiatives focused on referral automation and building capabilities for patient notification and reminders. KPIs were focused on reducing manual intervention/ errors and personalizing the communication experience for Ohio Health patients.

  • Acted as the product owner and scrum master for the mobile development team. This team consisted of nine full stack developers, one designer, one UX lead and a QA engineer. Defect management and operational stability were also improved through the implementation of automated test driven development. Created one release cycle for apps by rebuilding them on React Native.
