Specialist PDC Systems Portfolio Responsible for the development of functional PDC system process optimization concepts within the MBUSA PDC network and on-going PDC systems functional support.
  • Utilize project management techniques to develop and maintain standard system processes and methodologies within all PDC processes to optimize performance with MBUSA PDCs to ensure PDC annual targets are met, and to support lean-sigma projects at the PDCs
  • Manage IBM relationship & execution of contractual requirements. This includes providing input to I.T. as to needs/functional requirements that are requested for yearly contract. Ensure IBM is delivering on all functional PDC contract inputs and to ensure PDCs are aware of what they are entitled to yearly so that PDCs fully utilize IBM services
  • Project manager for functional systems integration for network design studies and projects that arise as a result of network design studies. This is to include but not limited to developing system best practice to achieve process results, training of system best practices, point person for I.T. questions/needs, and potential vendor management as needed depending on size & scope of network design results. Following the network study, lead the execution of the new PDC systems platforms Supervisor Parts Distribution Operations Responsible for the processes and support of the MBUSA US parts distribution network.

  • Responsible for directing and supervising the day to day Regional Master PDC office functions
