I have worked for the same company for many years. After graduating college, I found a permanent position that was very close to my home. I worked at that company until they closed down due to Covid 19. Prior to closing, the company I worked for offered me an at home position for sales and customer service. I had worked in their office for many years, but as sales increased over the internet, office traffic slowed down to the point that keeping the showroom open was not cost efficient. I was very successful in working from home. I kept my same routine. I began work at the same time I always did at the physical office. I have a dedicated office space in my home that is quiet, organized, and free of distraction. I also keep a daily schedule with daily task management.
Moving forward, I am humbled that I have been selected to move forward in the interview process and I am very hopeful that I will have the opportunity to join Walmart's Team of Associates as a permanent position.
