The majority of my job experience is as a customer loyalty representative for Vivint. As a customer loyalty representative I was very goal oriented. Each month my personal expectation for saves was a minimum of one-hundred and I hit my goal every month to date. I also have completed the peer-coaching program in customer loyalty which better qualifies me for team lead positions.
Another job experience of note is I sold door-to-door for Vivint the summer of 2015. This experience was very beneficial. I learned many useful sales techniques like redirecting the conversation, keeping the options simple, alleviating buying pressure, talking with confidence, sparking curiosity, as well as I developed a very good work ethic.
