Responsible for monitoring overall operation, maintenance, and modification of all data center building systems including: mechanical (HVAC, computer room air conditioners, heat wheel recovery units, refrigeration), electrical (including UPS, DC battery systems, SSPDU, generators, transfer switches and switchgear), fire detection and suppression, lighting, temperature control systems and building automation system.

Service and repair of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical systems. Design, fabricate and install heating and cooling systems for residential retrofit and new construction and commercial applications, including ductwork, electrical wiring, venting and gas piping. Prepared heat load calculations and bids for new construction projects.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair of HVAC systems, electrical systems, refrigeration systems, and plumbing. Test and analyze indoor air quality. Inspect and report issues with construction. Performed monthly preventive maintenance on various electrical and mechanical equipment and fire and burglar detection systems. Monitor and maintain DDC building automation system.
Perform service and maintenance on heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
Duties included testing and troubleshooting PC boards and completed cockpit voice recorders, ground proximity computers and flight data recorders to component level.
