At first I was responsible for customer service, and keeping my work space clean and organized. After a week I received a merit raise for strong attention to detail, exemplary customer service and team-player attitude. Three months later I was promoted to crew chief, which included helping the managers run a shift on top of my usual responsibilities.
I learned every position in the store (front counter including customer service, as well as kitchen) quickly, but never wanted to be promoted.
This is my father's business. I help out when needed and when I have time, so this does not interfere with any other scheduling of mine.
I answer phones, schedule drivers, do data entry on MS excel, and manage deposits and receipts.
I achieved Dean's List or Honor Roll for both semesters of the 2012/2013 school year, for having a 3.5GPA or higher.
I achieved Honor Roll my Junior year of High School. I also graduated a semester early, due to having enough credits and good enough grades.
