Chase Bank is a global financial leader in investment banking and financial services for consumers and businesses, with operations in more than 60 countries.  Chase Merchant Services is the wholly owned credit card processing division of Chase Bank.
Key Responsibilities include:
Dedicated representative to an assigned portfolio of merchant clients.
Create and conduct quarterly, in person, business review.  These include comprehensive analysis of credit card processing related expenses such as interchange, assessments, and chargebacks as well as year over year volume/average ticket comparisons.  Best Practices and value added products are also presented.
Serve as an industry consultant by providing both regulation guidelines and cost savings recommendations.
Efficiently research and resolved issues using appropriate problem solving skills and escalation procedures.
Negotiating contract renewals and in preparation for negotiation develop pricing models and forecast revenue for senior management.
Maintain established Chase Merchant  Services revenue of $3MM.

Chase Paymentech processed more total transactions that nay other processor in North America and was responsible for processing over 50% of all internet generated transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Nearly all of those as listed with my current position except my portfolio revenue was only $1MM and there was minimal interaction with Chase Bank since we were not wholly owned subsidiary of their until 2009. ​
