Developed culture of staff skill enhancement, accountability, and teamwork. Implemented electronic chart documentation and Medicaid billing. Increased 1st and 3rd part reimbursement by 75%. Reorganized and restructured staff positions to improve quality, cost-effective services. Budgeted for program spending allowing 95% of funding to directly serve children and families. Increased targeted staff coaching and observation of skills used in field to ensure High Fidelity Wraparound. Developed strong community partnerships through the creation of the Oklahoma City Kid's Community Team (OKCT), bringing together child-focused services and supports for Oklahoma County. Expanded the scope of services in the community by creating an innovative and comprehensive Community Referral Team approach to meeting client needs. Guided community partners of OKCT to an integrated strategic plan that included 4 population focused work groups. Nourished and supported the Adoption Wraparound Initiative, a service delivery option for custody children and potential adoptive families with a focus on decreasing disruption and/or dissolution of placement. Led the Oklahoma County SOC Executive Team to a combined, collaborative model of oversight for all SOC sites in the county. Actively shared resources and improvement strategies with multiple agencies hosting SOC sites in Oklahoma County. Identified disparities in local service delivery of the Hispanic population resulting in a culturally and linguistically competent referral team process. Provided community education and awareness through activities such as provider fairs, presentations, seminars, and various public speaking opportunities.
