  • Main liaison to our 3rd party concessionaire, merchandise partner and arena operating company with detailed understanding of the financial arrangements per our contract.
  • Develop, update and maintain financial models to help analyze specific revenue and expense trends applicable to the operations of an NBA franchise.

  • Developed/managed the 5 year capital expenditure plan including, implementing and executing large capital projects.
  • Annually, this budget varied from $5MM to $50MM.
  • Main contact at the stadium for our 3rd party concessionaire and merchandising partner.
  • Actively negotiated a long term contract with our food service provider.
  • Managed all major 3rd party event settlements, internally and with outside promoters.

  • Super Bowl XL, Wrestle Mania 23, NCAA Final Four, NCAA Frozen Four, concerts, tradeshows, amateur sporting events, etc.) Conducted legal review of all suite, sponsorship, event and other party related contracts.
  • Actively managed monthly and annual cash flow projections.
  • Provided timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as, any specialized reports required by senior management.
  • Responsible for unique NFL Salary Cap reporting and NFL Conforming Statement preparation, as well as, all other reporting required by the League.
  • Created/maintained relationships with banks, attorneys, independent auditors, insurance professionals, clients, vendors, tenants and partners.
