  • Responsible for preparing, updating, and monitoring contract compliance for vendors, sub-recipients and Grants with Florida's Office of Early Learning.
  • Required to track and approve monthly invoices, invoice reports, quarterly reports, and the closing out of contracts at the end of the fiscal year.
  • Additional duties include, quarterly auditing of the Coalition's eligibility and payment files, completing final audit reports, and presenting all findings to the Eligibility and Reimbursement department managers, directors, CFO, and CEO.
  • I was also responsible for the preparation of material, presentation, and final review, of approximately 350 School Readiness and 200 Voluntary Prekindergarten contracts each year.
  • I have also taken part of opening a brand new office including obtaining bids and coordinating contracts with vendors, setting up of utilities, and following up to ensure all lease obligations have been met by both parties.

  • Responsible for all specialized production procedures of blood components including but not limited to the reconstitution of whole blood to a specific hematocrit, hyper packing RBC's, washing blood components, cryo harvest, freeze and deglyce components, apheresis qualification, irradiation, pulling and running samples for bacterial testing and to look at various parameters on a hematology analyzer.

  • Also proficient in leukoreduction, primary production of whole blood, plasma qualification, receiving "stat" orders from clients.
