In this role, I have been tasked with the creation and growth of a new division within the company, Oracle Recruitment. This includes: mapping the market, finding new clients to target, building a strong database, providing a value added sales pitch over competitors, and out performing the competition. In my first year, I was able to bring on multiple new clients we had never conducted business with, including: Wood Group, Enterprise Products, Archrock, Stallion Oilfield Services, and more.
Spencer Ogden is a global recruitment firm operating within the Energy Industry. I worked on our Renewable and Oil & Gas teams with a group of recruitment consultants and business development managers. During my time there I was chosen by the regional director to be directly trained and mentored by him. This training was meant to develop top sales practices, as well as Leadership skills to usher in a new culture for our company.
PDI Software offers an industry leading ERP software solution that operates primarily within the convenience store industry. I served as implementation consultant for many PDI customers. This involves on-site customer visits to determine the current condition of customers business, suggest opportunities to streamline business operations through PDI enterprise software solution, and assist with configuration of PDI's software for the chosen business practices, and finally performing go-live activities. My main projects included Diaz and Racetrac Convenience stores. Diaz performed a full implementation. I was put in charge of the retail suite and owned the pricebook build. Racetrac's project included a upgrade to the existing PDI/Store Assistant handheld software, which was rolled out on our new PDI/Web Offering. As the second consultant to complete this implementation, It was a great success to complete the scope of this project both on time and under budget.
As a Retail Sales Consultant, I performed inside sales of all AT&T offerings. This includes the Cellular Network, Phones, Direct Tv, Internet and Home security. I consistently led the store in sales by hitting all sales goals and ensuring that each sale opportunity was maximized. Due to success in my role, I was often called on to help on board and train new employees to ensure store success.
