  • Clean machinery used to process food to avoid any contamination of the product.
  • I had to use chemicals such as acid, soaps, chlorine and water.
  • The chemicals would get sprayed on the machines using high pressure hoses and nozzles.
  • A big responsibility of mine was to finish certain areas in a certain amount of time, due to the on duty time of the shift that was coming on.
  • While cleaning and sanitizing the machines I was obligated to know what chemical i was using and how much of it to use.
  • Also I had to make sure to wear all proper PPE.

Achievements:

  • I was going to get hired on to the company directly, which included a pay raise and stability.
  • I was getting proficient at the job and the supervisor was relying on me to start cleaning harder areas that only expierienced employees would clean.
  • I sustained a good relationship with the supervisors by working hard which keep me employed there through the temp service.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist virgin mobile customers over the phone with there cell phone, wifi hotspot, and account issues.
  • Deal with money issues on there account and account cycling issues.
  • Also with internet, text messages, and calling issues on there cell phones.
  • There are a series of steps to perform to resolve any issues that the customer has and I had to perform those steps on a computer to resolve there issues, while i spoke to them over the phone.
  • I was obligated to fix X amount of issues everyday to keep cost of operations down and profits higher.
  • I was moved up in managment and the responsibility grew even more and I needed to complete all my tasks plus assist all other agents who needed help, especially the new hires.

Achievements:

  • Moving up the ranks with the business in less than a year.
  • Achieving a higher rate of pay.
  • Assuming more responsibility and delivering great service to the company which resulted in less people needing to be hired, which decreased cost of production.
