The Compensation Analyst is responsible for the operational activities of the compensation program. This position will manage all market pricing duties to ensure internal and external equity, while adhering to the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe's complex internal procedures. This position will provide guidance, interpretation, and expertise of compensation policies and procedures to Tribal Administration and the Compensation Committee. The Compensation Analyst must plan, design, develop, implement and prepare presentations relating to the Muckleshoot Compensation Program.
