I ensured compliance with DOT, OSHA, and Hazardous Materials regulations and laws. Instructed drivers regarding company rules and regulations and informed them of penalties for the infraction of rules, safety policies and procedures. Maintained accident records and reports, conducted and coordinated worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment. Trained supervisors in matters of safety and proper use of equipment, and identifying driving hazards. I educated and trained employees on job hazards and procedures to minimize risk of injury at worksites. Other duties assigned as business needs required.

2. Completed Broker office training by Carrier Information Exchange School of Brokering, Youngtown, AZ in 2000 and again in 2004 for advance training and received 2 Diplomas in Master Broker.
