G4 Sergeant Major/J4 Senior Enlisted Advisor U.S. Army City, STATE,

Served as a Liaison to the I Corps Assistant Chief of Staff and as Joint Forces Command (Iraq) Senior Enlisted Advisor.  Heavily involved in the analysis,collection, assessment and impact of recalled Individual Soldier safety gear that affected the day-to-day operations of 36K personnel.  Conducted over 45 inspections of maintenance and organization's day-to-day operations; identified cost effective measures, OSHA compliance, occupational hazards, training deficiencies, and methods to reduce costs while improving efficiency. Approving Official that certified purchases of supplies and equipment worth over $400K with zero discrepancies.  Developed distribution plans of clothing, safety gear and other critical equipment for 150K personnel.  Conducted vendor boards and a key player in 20K pair of upgraded eye wear being requisitioned valued at $1.2 million.  Provided keen oversight of new clothing and equipment fielding and a Central Issuing Facility, that supported over 36K personnel. Wrote policies, published orders, and instituted systems for 42 organizations consisting of 3,600 personnel.   Synchronized, coordinated and dispersed varying logistic capabilities, such as: food, water, medical supplies, vehicles, equipment repair parts, and ammunition.  Assisted in the planning, movement and transfer of one million gallon fuel facility.  Identified and mitigated numerous Force Protection shortfalls by supervising the emplacement of 3,967 concrete barriers, 78 survivability bunkers, and 3.7 million sandbags.  Corrected systemic training & deficient equipment issues that were plaguing both the 1st and 7th Iraq Motorized Transportation Regiments (MTR’s), which resulted in both MTR’s achieving a trained status ahead of schedule.
