  • Functioned as One of 4 key players responsible for the creation, organization and publication of the streamlined process for Special Military Schools (Ranger, Special Forces, Airborne, Aviation, Pathfinder, Drill Sergeant etc.), Commissioning, ETS and PCS physical exams to ensure the smooth transition of active duty, reserve and national guard soldiers for the Army, Air Force, Marines and Navy throughout the entire state of Colorado and surrounding states.
  • Served as the Senior Medic and was also One of only 2 medics solely responsible for the implementation of the new streamlined physicals process which involved ordering and scheduling both lab and radiology appointments and scheduling the appropriate medical exam time slots specifically designed for each physical type, all while making sure all appointments aligned with our out-of-state patients' travel plans to ensure all needs are met in a 2-day trip to avoid a repeat trip and unnecessary expenditure of government funds.
