I started working in the Quick Service Restaurant field right out of high school, quickly progressed from employee to management, have been a General Manager at both Sonic Drive-In and Taco Bell. Outside of the food industry my hobbies included working on cars and motorcycles which led to working at Edelbrock manufacturing performance parts.
I began my employment at Edelbrock as a straightener, moved to a manual lathe grinder and I now run anywhere from 2-8 CNC OKUMA each night manufacturing camshafts. This process involves examining core product for defects, checking programs, setting up machine for particular parts and making necessary adjustments. Then running parts to predetermined specifications and inspecting it for any defects after the machining process, while also keeping my work area and machine clean and reporting maintenance that is needed to our team.
