I am currently looking for a company that will be both rewarding as well as challenging. As you can see by my employment history I value longevity. I am looking for a full time long term position within a respectable company that values their employees and their commitment.
I had been with the previous company for 16 years and I had hoped this would be my forever company but due to a change in owners, unfortunately the focus and the course of the company have changed. I felt I would no longer be able to grow, be challenged or feel accomplished in this position any longer. Due to increased employee turnover the company was left without strategic team members which, in the end, lead to poor customer service and deflated employees. Unfortunately it was becoming a toxic work environment. Recognizing that I had grown as far as I could with the company and was in need of a change I was let go with a severance package.
To a new company I would bring an array of medical experience with me. Although it has been a while since I have performed some of the duties in my previous work history I believe I would just need to learn the new company's processes and I feel confident I would be able to do a great job.
I have always held fast paced positions that require quick thinking and decision making. Positions that have taught me to be extremely flexible and to think outside the box while maintaining the integrity of the company.
I would love the opportunity to speak with you regarding any positions that you feel I may be a good fit for within your company.
Thank you so much for your time.
