  • During my time with Massage Envy Spa, my numbers show sales closings over 26%, multiple enhancements, retail sales, and gift card sales each month.
  • As Junior Clinic Administrator, I have been in charge of scheduling changes for anywhere from 18-22 therapists as well as anywhere from 5-8 front desk associates. I completed suspend calls, letters, and cancellations on a weekly basis and recorded in our records binder.
  • I was in charge of updating the front desk associate board daily to show current sales numbers and goals for each sales associate. This included displaying the monthly goals and allowing each associate to see their current numbers each day. It was a great opportunity to provide coaching as to how each associate could continue to reach their goals.
  • It was my job to view and take action regarding customer surveys via inmoment. This entailed keeping therapists and front desk associates updated on their NPS scores and offering suggestions for improvement, resolving customer complaints or unsatisfactory experiences within our clinic, and promoting a positive environment by posting the NPS 10 surveys for staff to view.
  • I was in charge of making sure that therapists and front desk associates completed tasks such as Behind Closed Doors, Employee Handbook Sign-Offs, and other mandatory corporate mandated assignments.
