  • Gathered requirements from application owners preparing questionnaires, interviewing them and getting feedback which helped in determining viable candidates for the SailPoint pilot certification program.
  • Prepared Certification Process Workflow of the various processes to be followed during the pre-certification, certification, and post-certification phases for the certification team to be on track and meet deadlines as per the scope of the project.
  • Prepared User Cases for the basic flow of approving user access, revoking user access and delegating user access review.
  • Created and sent Daily Status Report to application owners and stakeholders on a daily basis to track their certification progress. This report included application name, percentage completed and the count of approved/revoked accesses.
  • Generated and provided Revoke Reports after the certification completion to application owners to follow their internal process to revoke the accesses and submit back the updated User attribute and Role matrix files for reconciliation into SailPoint along with log file as an evidence showing access has been revoked as per revocation process.
  • Provided Summarized Progress Dashboards to the leadership which included the list of applications along with an approved count and revoked count.
  • Generated Post-Certification Revoke Report after the reconciliation into SailPoint and validated if all users having revokes have been successfully removed from the system accesses and the all the current users in the application are successfully reconciled into SailPoint.
