•Effectively managing multiple orders to ensure they are all delivered on time, within budget and to the customers satisfaction
•Monitoring staff to ensure the prompt resolution to all customer queries

•Make last-minute order adjustments as requested by the customer and notify customers of any delivery delays

•Ensure that products are properly packed, stored and transported to avoid any accidents and damages
•Perform pre-trip examination of vehicles
•Collect cash and coupons from customers and receive signatures when necessary
•Document and keep record of information on pick-ups and deliveries if needed
•Prepare a number of products by food prepping
•Wash dishes, operate pizza oven, make pizza boxes, sweep and mop floors and carry out closing tasks to company standards
•Greet customers as they arrive at the store and share information about products and/or services
•Enter transactions into the cash register to obtain a final bill for the customer
•Give and count change to customers
•Count money at the beginning and end of each shift
•Resolve customer complaints in a proactive manner
•Train other staff members the cash register and the basic of a delivery driver
•Keep work area clean and tidy
•Deliver packages for FedEx
•Coordinate delivery routes to ensure reasonable delivery times

•Collect COD if needed at time of delivery

•Train driver how to manage and work the scanner
•Train drivers the meaning of codes and when needed to use them upon delivery or pick-up
•Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.
•Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools.
•Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
•Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes.
•Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
•Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas such as loading docks.
•Seal containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
