Experience
10/2015 to Current Chief Growth Officer Billie | New York, NY,
As CGO reporting to the agency co-founders, my priorities are focused in three areas: leading the agency transformation from its legacy digital production reputation to a strategic & creative brand building agency partner, revamping and innovating the business development approach to get invited to AOR pitch lists and targeting new revenue streams in the larger healthcare ecosystem. As part of this ongoing transformation, I've led the recruitment and hiring of new, SME industry talents in medical strategy, account planning, creative disciplines, market access and customer experience.  And, I opened up Klick's first US office 6/16 to provide a local and important presence for clients and talent attraction.

2016 Y/Y growth +40% was fueled by our first (3) brand, launch AOR wins in excess of $15MM. 2017 is yielding even stronger results with multiple pitch wins and a robust opportunities pipeline in 2H17.  Klick was recognized as 2016 Large Agency of the Year by Medical Media & Marketing.

Our revamped business development approach has equipped the agency with a faster, better, cheaper and measurable method to handle multiple, incoming opportunities.  New business and pitch winning rates hover around 70%.

We've also identified and captured new revenue streams such as: genomics, rare diseases, health technology, patient on-demand transportation, hospitals and others.
