• Represent and promote interests of basketball programs outside the Claire Basketball Organization, corporate partners and assist the CEO in negotiating national and regional agreements.
• Negotiated facility and hotel contracts for future Tournaments and travel programs to be held across the country
• Oversee the organization officiating program which includes management of the budget.
• Analyzes the current efforts in marketing and develop future plans, inclusive of branding, messaging and distribution.
• Directly responsible for collaborating with the coaches, players, parents, vendors, and alcohol administrators in developing the next Strategic Plan for Claire Basketball and Gym facilities.
