I was a stay at home mom for 20 years and homeschool for 14 of those years. It was hard trying to find work after all those years but someone did give me a chance. During those years, I did voluntary work for church, girl scouts and cub scout. The church, I was a Sunday School Teacher. Girl Scout, I was leader and treasurer on the board. Cub Scouts, I was den leader, Cub Master, and treasurer on the board.
At the age of 12 - 16 years old - I worked for Pioneer (detasseling).
At the age of 17 - 21 years old - I worked at Dairy Queen (learned all positions) cook, cashier, trainer, cake maker and designer. I ended up working all shifts (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
At the ages 21 - 22 years old - I worked at McDonald's. Cook, cashier and trainer
