- Primary manager of all fund transactions of the Dover Air Force Base Chapel Tithes and Offerings Fund (C.T.O.F.).
- Provide Account Manager Services in accordance with the directives and operating procedures of the United States Air Force Chaplain Corps.
- The primary contact for the Dover Air Force Base Chapel with the C.T.O.F. Accounting Section, previously know as Chaplain Corps Accounting Center (C.C.A.C.).
- Train and advise Chapel Staff annually on C.T.O.F. processes and procedures.
- Assist with C.T.O.F. budget development.
- Monitor C.T.O.F. budget execution.
- Maintain Account Manager File.
- Maintain C.T.O.F. Continuity File.
- Review Air Force Form requests and report documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to the C.T.O.F. Accounting Section for processing.
- Coordinate corrective action with the Accounting Section as required.
- Monitor and provide program leaders and staff members with accounting reports.
- Brief all project officers on their responsibilities and limitations in the use of C.T.O.F. chapel funds.
- Follow up on all project officer returns and reports.
- Regularly safeguard and report C.T.O.F. assets.
- Preparation of bank deposit pouches, deposit slips, and required certificate forms for funds received.
- If needed able to serve as C.T.O.F Government Provided Card approving official and the duties required.
- Advises and serves as the recorder of the Chapel Corps Financial Working Group meeting, routes the minutes through Senior Installation staff for approval, then maintaining a copy in the C.T.O.F. Continuity File.
- The technical administrator of the Dover Air Force Base C.T.O.F.
- Execute all the required accounting procedures outlined by C.C.A.C policy to include recurring transactions, for receiving, obligating, disbursing, transferring of funds, and printing monthly reports specifying status of funds.
- Attendance at training and continuing education, professional development and related workshops.
- In coordination and consultation with the C.T.O.F. Contracting Officer, develop an annual calendar of events, C.T.O.F. budget, submitted as required by local Chaplain Corps operating procedures.
- Accountable for the security and cleanliness of all facilities used in conjunction with the position of the Account Manager programs.
