Started a youth lacrosse to serve a community need, which quickly grew to 500 players and 60 coaches, gaining national recognition as a preeminent youth lacrosse club in the US. Honored as US Lacrosse Double-Goal Coach of the Year and induction into the NorCal Lacrosse Hall of Fame.
