Starting with the equipment Sanitation, for any reason that i will work with Wine. Then here is some of my experience.
Doing Rack and returns, also cheking NTUS before and after the rackin and return, Moving wine from one place to an other place,
Doing Addition,( Sulfure addition) during racking and toping. Keep all areas clean and organized before and after work, also doing inventory of all the full barrels, cases good, empty barrels, and toping wine.
During the harvest season, Pump overs, Punch Downs, tank monitoring, Draining tanks, Filling barrels, Driving the ForkLift, Running the Crush Pad, and all the addition, including Yeast addition, DAP and FOOD addition, Tartaric Acid addition, water additions, and all can of addition.
