  • Provide individual and group supervision and development for case management staff.
  • Provide referrals to appropriate community programs and agencies, and coordinate care with other collateral agencies including the DA, Adult Protective Services, and NYC Department for The Aging, etc.
  • Review and individually sign off on all cases, including ongoing review of case files, assessments, and reassessments.
