I managed an Elementary School Cafeteria. I had a team of 5 employees who I supervised. I trained my employees on different tasks in the kitchen. We served around 600 students daily. I placed and received orders and on delivery days I put away stock while I kept everything in a nice and organized manner. I completed daily production, inventory, and made deposits at the end of each day. I kept the kitchen cleanliness above the Health Department standards. I replied to emails and phone calls from teachers and parents if they had concerns or questions of any kind. I basically could do anything in the kitchen aside from my manager duties. I did food prep, cooking, ran the cash register, and served food to the students. While working for Greater Clark County Schools Food Service I was a ServSafe Certified as a Manger.
I was a Cafeteria/Custodial Substitute for Greater Clark County Schools where I worked at numerous schools across the District.
I provided care to Seniors in their home.
I supported individuals with a mental disability in their homes and out in the community. I provided transportation and accommodated them to medical appointments, community events and planned activities. Taught them skills to live on their own and how to maintain a safe environment. I completed paperwork including med logs if i gave any medications that shift. We supported them in their everyday needs.
