I have worked for DNGE for 16 years in the Cage, Slots, Marketing, and C-Store Department.I excelled in each area. Each area I learned different aspects of the gaming industry. Some different aspects were being a part of the front-line for the gaming area or being a part of the background as support. Or even being in the non-gaming area of DNGE building revenue. Each area also used a lot of the same aspects. Some of the these were about accountability, responsibility, dedication, pride, customer service, and many more aspects.
Supervise all activities of the C-Store personnel ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. Responsible for interviewing, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and disciplining all C-Store personnel. Prepare financial and inventory reports and research and resolve discrepancies. Maintain daily log of revenue and a running inventory system. Report all matters needed to supervisor (General Manager).
Supervise all acitivities of the Cage department ensuring all policies and procedures were being followed.
Earn my degree and learn all aspects of the demands of being a manager for the Cage department.
Build revenue by building relationships with our utmost potential players in the Slot and Table game areas.
Pay out Jackpots, Fill machines with coin, ensure customer service in a fast-paced environment with the accountability of the casino monies.
Ensure the accountability of the Vault during a shift. Responsible for Staff and maintain policy and procedures and internal controls are being followed during my shift.
Maintain my bank value. Provide customer service by exchanging tokens, coin, bills, for customers.
