To whom it may concern I am currently the owner of Happy Hearts school age center. I have been the owner for 4 years now. Due to the pandemic many of our school families work from home and do not need care before school and after school care. With already having a part time preschool and the demand from families to have our preschool hours longer we as a team are wanting to change our program from a school age to a 3 and up program. We will offer a structured 3 to 5 program. We already have the staff for this transition. We will follow all of the WAC guidelines. We hope that you will help us with transition to be able to grow Happy Hearts Childcare and accommodate the need for the ages in this growing area of Spokane.
