I possess over 33 years of experience in the cooperative realm serving in such areas as Business Group Manager/CFO, Energy Services Director, Special Projects Director, as well as Vegetation Control Manager. My leadership skills and my ability to manage people have allowed me to establish an excellent working relationship with my co-workers, contractors, vendors, and other business associates within the cooperative realm. Likewise, I have worked alongside our legal counsel on several litigation cases incorporating conflict resolution to mediate and diffuse many sensitive and volatile situations.
