Delivering more than 60,000 American brand SKUs portfolio to over 96 countries worldwide through online company that provides ONE-STOP-SHOP services to international buyers of food and general consumer goods. As a Business Development Manager, I oversee the development of accounts from conception of the order until the very end when it ships.

*Direct B2B sales: Accountable for generating significant revenue from leads from all available channels such as yearly exhibitions worldwide (ex. Gulfood, Anuga, and ISM). Maintain current accounts and grow their business while also generating a new stream of clients and familiarize them with our wide range of references in the portfolio.

*Distributors Management: Assisted with appointed distributors of specific brands (such as Smucker's and Post) in certain regions with their monthly forecast and supply to avoid an OOS issue. By implementing an order pattern (ex. one container in the water and one being consolidated in our facility) I created a reliable supply flow for all distributors; as they are responsible for thew brand presence in the specific market.

*Audits: Conducted numerous inventory and existing orders counts in preparation for Mid and End of year audits to make sure all was accounted for.

*Purchase Orders Administration: Receive and count various orders in the warehouse for one single client that will have an assorted container. Assured that products came in in complete quantities ordered; also, check for damages or near to expire goods to open the corresponding claim with supplier.

*Label Service: For international distributors/wholesalers who required ingredients and nutritional facts translation in their language at the port of destination (ex. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) I was responsible to: 1-Send artwork of the products to be translated. 2-Receive translation from the client and enter the data on Zebra Designer. 3-Coordinated with the production line manager to assure labels were printed in the correct size/color/position.

*Business Negotiation: Apply analytical strategies to establish with the client if their requirements will be feasible to accomplish. As regulations varies by country, I’m responsible for identifying required shelf life percentage landed in their facilities, and negotiate with our supplier though purchasing; responsible for providing a competitive pricing based on the items that are needed, and also based on the market value currently; and additionally identify documents required by each country’s custom to clear container at port.

*Client Support: Accountable for creating a concrete connection with all of our clients and assist them in any inquiry that they might have; as well as, following up regarding their order and shipment status.

*Data Entry: Constantly update interactions with all the customer for a smoother ordering experience. Responsible for quote preparation, as well as reconciling existing sales orders against physical inventory count or purchasing orders. Additionally, for LTL loads I process Straight BOL. Seasoned with SAP systems.

*Training: Capable of helping new hires get familiar with the process and ways to confidently close a deal; and current peers to get on board with current trends in the FMCG sector. I’m a great team player, who was responsible to help new peers by fostering communication.

*Collections: Responsible for preparing and executing invoices once order is dispatched from our facility. Additionally, accountable for executing a collection plan per individual client to accounts payable in order to satisfy past shipments.

*Logistical Planning: Accountable for coordinating and scheduling and rolling timely bookings with the Logistics department or freight forwarder to those shipments ready to be dispatched to minimize ETA for the client. Identify Bill to/Ship to/Consignee to new and existing client to provide an accurate draft BOL, which will guarantee a fast response from the client. Also, being able to distinguish several aspect of shipment such as: equipment type, whether merchandise needs to be declared to IMO, and/or merchandise is a delivery to another facility.

Currently processing for the top 15 biggest brands in CBD and Hemp, which is our leading industry. The solution is a unique solution as we are very niche oriented, since is not an aggregator account, but rather a direct payment provider.

*Strategize Market: Responsible for planning and executing a strategy to maximize our yearly profits, by generating new leads and boarding top CBD and Hemp (leading industry) merchants looking for a solid offshore solution for their High Risk company. *Merchant support and relations: Accountable for creating a concrete connection with all of our Merchants and assist them in any inquiry that they might have; as well as, following up regarding their boarding or application status. From reporting to chargebacks.

*Partners: Able to maximize processing volume and diversify our portfolio by establishing long-term relations with Partners that brings multiple Merchants to our solution.
