Experienced in multiple jobs, from nursing and immediate emergency situations , I had to make decisions within seconds to resolve the problem, also emotional and physical support for patients and families during a hard time. My healthcare career was what I was born to do, helping people has also been something that comes natural to me me. The reason I chose to expand my knowledge and career was because of my children, the healthcare field requires your full dedication, pretty much your entire life. But when you have children you soon dread working those 16 hour night shifts and long weekends whenever your missing out on a lot of your babies life and learning and growing. So I decided I wanted to try something new I have always been one to volunteer to help even if I didn't know how because I love to learn. Banking was never my strong suite because I was never good at math in school, I didn't pay attention like I should have, so I was so nervous to even think about getting out of the healthcare field it's all I've known. Although I was scared I was so excited I literally forgot my name on my very first call. But I started progressing a lot faster than I thought and I started getting recognized and winning awards and I felt so proud of my self! It was an amazing feeling and there I've learned so much from customer service skills, computer skills, I was able to feel stable financially for once, I was suddenly more confident, I noticed myself going beyond my training if I noticed that a client had a better option for an account I would explain to them difference and give them all there options when I didn't have to. So I learn fast and love learning I'm looking to expand my knowledge even more!
