Decorated military professional, transitioning from the Army after thirteen years of service as an Army Combat Engineer, whom has served in both OIF/OEF conflicts. I have the honor of being in units specializing in; Assault tactics, route-clearance, dismount patrols, urban operations and hand to hand combat. I have had the pleasure of training active Army, reserve and national guard as a Observer, coach and trainer for pre deployment operations as well as serving in the only urban search and rescue unit in the Department of Defense, 911th Engineers. My position's responsibilities, were to properly and efficiently clear all routes traveled by US forces of Improvised Explosives Devices as well as enemy forces by using visual, mechanical and electronic means in a war time setting. Thus ensuring the freedom of mobility of friendly forces and supply lines during Operation Enduring Freedom.
