Security Operations Manager of a total comprehensive security management team with a primary responsibility of providing supervision, guidance, training/certification, administration and overall site security operational support to all security personnel in a dynamic and demanding high tech environment. Accountability include assisting client in maintaining site facility operations, leadership, prioritize, coordinate and multi-task site security personnel, payroll, and HR administration. Other responsibilities include maintaining a positive, professional environment in compliance with applicable laws regulations policies and procedures. Provide performance feedback, coaching /counseling, employee recognition and carrying out disciplinary actions as necessary. Report to National Account Manager.
- Responsible for the realignment of the security staff at Hewlett Packard to be beneficial to business needs. Organize and manage conversion of multiple access control systems to Diamond II and a Lenel Enterprise global access system. Recommend security system deployments based on risk review results and best industry practices.
- Serve as key point of contact between Securitas and HP to ensure the delivery of high quality customer service for the account; evaluating service quality and initiating any necessary communication and/or corrective action in timely manner.
- Coordinates activity with and acts as a liaison for Branch Management of Securitas to provide highest level of service for client.
