With over 6 years experience in restaurant management, I'm pursuing a stable position in Kitchen management. I already have a background in management roles with Applebee's. In particular, a year as a Kitchen Expert and a year as a BOH ATL at the Laramie, WY location. I was promoted to ATL while the store was an RMH franchise and received a month of in depth training for the position. After 6 months as BOH ATL my store became a Goalz franchise location and I soon filled in as interim Kitchen Manager. I'm eager and capable to fill the Kitchen Manager position and hit the ground running.
