I have 40 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. 16 years of which employed at fortune bay. I have 5 years total experience as a bar supervisor. During my time at fortune bay I have built a strong rapport with both the customers and staff. This gives me a unique insight into the ways to diffuse high stress situations and encourage teamwork. My work in retail gave me more experience in billing, vendor relations, inventory control, and creating the work schedule. My time in banquets also gave me a well-rounded understanding of both the food and beverage aspects of that department; along with furthering my knowledge and experience in event planning.

I believe that I am the most qualified choice for this position. My years of experience have given me a unique understanding of the customers, the staff, the procedure's and policies, and a wealth of experience managing high stress, confrontational situations. I always have been and always will be dedicated to the success of this department and fortune bay in general.
