I have 40 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. 16 years of which employed at fortune bay. I have 5 years total experience as a bar supervisor. During my time at fortune bay I have built a strong rapport with both the customers and staff. This gives me a unique insight into the ways to diffuse high stress situations and encourage teamwork. My work in retail gave me more experience in billing, vendor relations, inventory control, and creating the work schedule. My time in banquets also gave me a well-rounded understanding of both the food and beverage aspects of that department; along with furthering my knowledge and experience in event planning.
