Designed and implemented PLC systems to meet requirements laid out by PDS insulated glass customers. Built argon filling chambers taking into account changes in pressure based on sea level. Wrote controls for four axis robot that correctly extruded silicone onto edges of any shape glass using expandable g-code catalog. Used C# to build HMIs for all machines produced. Designed and built dynamic system to allow customers to designate important information from each machine and produce reports from it. Preformed onsite analysis and support of hardware and software problems.
