I am self-directed and have the responsibility of working individually at a high level. I am also in charge of pricing and signing changes within the building. I Work closely with other areas of the building to be able to prevent or lessen shrink impact. A large portion of my focus is on training other associates, and helping them to understand the way that shrink impacts our business and how to prevent it.
