With some of my past work experience I was able to move up im the company i worked for pretty quickly. When i first started my journey with autozone I was a Part time Driver. I quickly moved up to a manager position with in the first year there. When i got promoted to manager I was then responsible for opening and closing my store as well for the daily operation and sales. One of the other thing i had to get familiar with was being able to manage payroll and stock of this one location. Soon after that they had transferred me to another location were i had become the assistant store manager. during that time i was tasked along with my store manager to train all of the new employees that we had hired on. During that time my store manager had to take a leave of absence so i had become the temporary Store Manager, now i was tasked with everything at this location from hiring and interviewing to training and daily operations. I did such a good job at the position i had got promoted to traveling manager. I was responsible for going to different locations all through out Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana fixing there stores and giving feed back to the district manager.
