I have served as the Pro-Se Attorney of New York County with The Civil Court of New York County responsibility for an area the size of a major city known as the borough of Manhattan in the busiest and most ethnically diverse court system in the nation. In addition I was personally responsible for training lawyers from New York's top law schools in legal writing, legal research,New York civil procedure, Pro Se client interviewing and relations, and motion writing, appeal writing, order to show cause writing. My back ground also includes over 20 years of service to this nation as a Department Of Homeland Security(D.H.S.), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S.C.I.S.) Asylum Officer who was personally responsible for making Asylum and citizenship adjudication decisions for the United States government consistent with law policy and procedures in national and international locations. As a direct result of the above experiences I have gained extensive legal experience and supervisory experience in complex circumstances locally nationally and internationally.
