Perform administrative tasks to support 5 Financial Advisors, Management and the Corporate office within SEC, state and federal guidelines.
Ensure accurate and timely licensing of all advisors per the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
Source potential new and seasoned Financial Advisors to submit to the Division Manager for recruitment
Process all Human Resources and Payroll-related documentation for the division.

Organize monthly outreach events focused on financial health to attract new clientele and educate current members about changes or new product offerings
Maintain and audit office and advisor expenses for accurate co-operative disbursements from the Corporate Office.
Successfully conducted vendor contract closures and movement of all company-owned assets upon the decision to close the location
Perform IT report and ETL testing activities to validate JJVCI business processes for the Cognos BI system.
Create test plans and perform testing to confirm accuracy of data and reports delivered.
Investigate defect(s) and provide resolution and/or explanation if defect(s) requires further attention by vendors, support, etc.
Create and maintain training material and visual aids to document workflow processes for software applications such as VIBES, VDAS, HPQC and QUMAS.
Train offshore and local users in the validated HP Quality Center software for SDLC requirements and testing activities.
Work with internal QA departments to ensure the testing methodology, issue tracking for Change Control, and supporting data and documentation are compliant with GxP standards and regulations.
Gather requirements and work with the business, support, QA and BI to provide solutions to business needs for projects, non-conformances and break-fixes.
Provide SDLC and CSV documentation for projects, enhancements and non-conformances as necessary.
