  • Co-coordinator of the Ignatius Scholars Program that provides transitional support to first year students, particularly students identified as academically "at risk".  Develop and implement a structured and comprehensive schedule that is tailored to address participants' academic and personal needs that ensures a successful transition to their collegiate experience.  The program has resulted in an overall 85% retention rate.
