South Dakota Board Of Regents - Assistant Women's Basketball CoachMitchell , SD08/2012 - 06/2014
  • Served as Assistant Coach for a highly demanding NCAA Division II Women's Basketball team and was responsible for all facets of the program.
  • Coordinated recruitment for the team by successfully recruiting and signing high-quality athletes in an extremely challenging area of the country; assisted in the management of 10 athletic scholarships; planned and executed campus visits and managed logistics such as flights and hotels.
  • Served as Strength and Conditioning Director.
  • Coordinated video for the team including scouting report development, implementation and distribution for all home and away games utilizing Synergy, Gametape Exchange, and Hudl programs.
  • Implemented study program for student-athletes to boost student achievement oversaw submission of academic progress reports to compliance coordinator and coordinated with Athletic Department Academic Advisor for athletes' class scheduling and career development strategies.
  • Raised approximately $15,000 per year toward team budget through booster club fundraising, shared donor information and fundraising opportunities with other teams to maximize collaboration, and marketed the athletic program at a national level.
