  • Dyna tech my experience mostly from here and enjoyed the work very much and exceled.
  • Worked with gas, diesel, and transmissions.
  • Learned the operating systems ADAC, Inca, Autotest, Puma 2.0, Engine prep when the new engine came from the plant I installed it onto a rolling pallet, I installed all of the hoses, wiring harness, CPU, flywheel.
  • Then moved it to the hot test area where we hooked up power and cooling to fire the engine to check the programming or and leaks or internal problems.
  • After the hot test then it was sighed off and sent down to the dyno where the environmental chamber was I hooked up the fuel, cooling, exhaust, thermal couples, air intake, we could control the temp and humidity inside the chamber.
  • I worked with engineers and ran test for a great number of tests.
  • I was assigned to the predator project as the lead tech it was for the new gt500 mustang, I over came many problems with the testing I came up with a portable fast cooling system , I had to work very closely with the building operations manger to get the exhaust fans to work at about 115 percent , I went through fire safety training and worked Education with the closely with safety personal.
  • I was then put on room upgrade project had to coordinate with contractors and had vital input to the project.

  • All the info for working on a cell room with dyno at ford prototype mechanic, Was responsible for getting prototype vehicles put together from the manufacture kits and get them running for testing.
  • Meaning that most of the builds were down to the frame and installed all new parts to insure the correct parts and toques we had what was called a build book and use of computer drafts , I was in charge of mutable builds , then i had an opportunity to move over to are crash lab there I was able to work with high speed cameras , Accelerometers, body closures , removal and install of interior of the trucks , then was able to take them to the crash wall site and perform the test then gather the data for the company.
  • Did some work at the wind tunnel testing for rain leaks and just before I left I was on the dyno chassis where I was testing shocks and struts and shaker tests.
