  • Mobilization of Kikuyu 4303 (Abu Dhabi, UAE): Manage the execution of added value project for the vessel on a based budget of 1,000,000 USD. The vessel was expected to be ready for charter contract as per OXY and OPQL (Occidental Petroleum Qatar) operations standard. The vessel was initially in a cold stacked condition for 6 months, which lead to the renewal of all statutory and class certificates. The major renovations included but where not limited to: modification of existing helideck to comply with recent CAP 437 regulations (helideck lighting and tie down points for Bell 212 & 412), major overhaul of one of the three main engines (Caterpillar, 800kW), installation of Red Rock RDA100 (10MT SWL) boat davit on portside main deck, overhaul of major crane equipment (load cells, proximity switch indicators, luffing cylinders, hook block, slew gear boxes, turret to pedestal bolt replacement, wire rope replacement and load test) of a Liebheer 45MT crane and a Hydralift 20MT crane
  • Pepper 4501, Jacking system upgrade: Manage the maintenance team overhauling the BLM (NOV) gearboxes on board; the warranty upgrade of the gearboxes; and the replacement of the reduction gears and of the bolts on the secondary unit (17 units)
  • Dry docking of Kudeta 4305 (Abu Dhabi, UAE): Manage the execution of the UWILD dry-dock in parallel with various maintenance jobs. Jobs completed include, but are not limited to renewal of helideck emergency exit, hull blasting and painting, renewal of fresh water piping, renewal of seawater valves, maintenance of the air handling units, painting of the superstructure, upgrade of the man riding mechanism of the TTS auxiliary crane, execution of underwater inspection and underwater MPI (UWILD). Manage the cost of dry-dock as per the approved budget (510,000USD approx. project cost)
  • Docking of GMS Endeavor 6102 (Amsterdam, Netherlands): Manage the execution of the Auxiliary crane upgrade from TTS crane to a 15 ton Pellegrini crane, and the ABS 5 yearly survey in joint with FMEA. 3,200,000 EUR approximate project cost
  • Mobilization of GMS Scirocco 5602 (Abu Dhabi, UAE): Manage the vessel from the moment it came out of the shipyard to the start of the contract. Ensure that the vessel complied with ABS class, Panama flag state, ADMA (HSE, Marine, and Aviation), McDermott vessel requirements. Monitor the progress of the yard personnel. Conduct daily meeting with the vessel crew to finish the commissioning stage
