My Achievements & Results: I started off with being an usher representing Philip Morris Cigarrettes brand for a month, then i was promoted to be a supervisor over the girls team for another month and a half. My manager rewarded me for the great effort i put through out my work so he asks me to join him in the office with the rest of the team there because i had a special way of performing my work and that includes passion that brings effectiveness.
My Role Job: to call clients who are attending business or other conferences to book their hotel accommodation at the best price.
My Achievements & Results: Demonstrated mastery for the call script within a very short time, but at first i wasn't very lucky in finding any clients to actually pick up the phone, most of my first calls were all voice mails, then i started focusing on making some calls. I Provided accurate and appropriate information to customers, and was able to Maintain up-to-date records at all times to follow up with my clients. Worked with upper management to ensure appropriate changes were made to improve my working skills and reach customer satisfaction. Achieved customer satisfaction rating of 89% within 3 months, exceeding the corporate target.
Mobinil company in Cairo The job was introducing the new I-Phone 4s with a great offer which they have for different prices, all the informations of the phone we had it memorized and some basic features details were written on a leaflet that we gave as a flier around the plateform place of Tivoli Dome. The purpose of the event was to collect information of customers while we stand in a booth & also have the card of their names put in a bowl then a game of draw would start by one of the company representatives team's member to spin the bowl and when it stops spinning it automatically picks out a name, so that name would be the winner.

I sampled over 200 cans of Redbull every work shift.
Reached our monthly target & exceeded it for three months in a row, so got a reward to travel to Hurghada Red Sea in Egypt to attend the opening of a new club with my team. it was a work & fun kind of work task. I provided prompt, efficient, friendly, and quality service at all times. as also one of the main target is taking care of our Mini Copper car, i Consistently kept it clean, made sure it has gas and that the fridge was empty and clean off of any Redbulls.
Grand Heights organization held by Identity Company organizing an event which took place in El Gizirah club in Zamalek.
People would fill up forms we gave that include, their basic information and job occupation. My responsibility was to lead them to one of the organization's sales team according to the information they put depending on which house they are looking for, either Villas, Twin or Town houses.
The event was very successful, in addition to the great idea of having a playground area for the guest's children to stay safe, play and not bother their parents while they look around the place.
The Festival was for 2 days, 6 working hours each day, it was for the annual celeberation for the Film & Theater Festival where all the celeberities were attending for a musical theater performance at the Opera where the Festival took place.
My Role Job: Was to organize the whole seating area, by making sure that all the celeberities names were tagged at the right seat place. Maintained the front desk and reception area in a neat and organized fashion throughout the festival's time. The target was achieved, the festival was very successful and all the attendees left with a smile on their faces, which is what we were hoping for.
i started as a trainees for a month, observing fromGenerated lists of properties that were compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.Counseled customers on market current status for residential and how much of profit they would make after couple of years.
Ammer Group was opening a new campaign at the North Coast of Egypt which was, Golf Porto Marina.
My job was to wake up early in the morning to go to the Aqua place, where most of the residence would be sitting by the pool and then we, the team come to call for everybody to join for a volley ball game matches.
Every team had a different schedule but all the teams were to go to Porto Marina where the restaurants, cafes that most of the people would hang out at night. we had a big area where our booth was located at, with the two LCD screens and two racing carting cars video game with the actual racing car built in, attached to the game controller.
My job was to welcome the guests at the door of 'The Beach' at Marina Egypt's North Coast, then after viewing their tickets and check out their names on the list, my partner would take them over to their lounge and give them their towels.
The Beach's grand opening was very successful , and we were all rewarded for our great effort.My team leader promoted me to be a member of the Animation team because i achieved the goal with great passion and for that my work was well done.
This job required alot of energy & alertness. However that did not stop me from achieving my target because of my previous athletic lifestyle of sports, training and competitions that helped me alot with my career life.
