I had a special emphasis on training and developing employees and supervisors during my time as a manager.
My responsibilities included -
I was promoted from an inside store Assistant Manager to the New Restaurant Opening Coordinator in our corporate training department. I assisted in the coordination of the training during five restaurant openings.
During my time with ERC Management, I was selected to be the leader of the "Culture Club." Our goal with this club was to promote culture within all of our restaurants by planning fun events for all employees, management and corporate office and instilling our core values and goals in all of our employees . We thought creatively to create activities, and events that would encourage our crew to get to know each other and have continue enjoyment with our company. I planned annual events, quarterly events and helped with holiday events when necessary.
