I have been involved in the financial industry for over 30 years and have been employed by my present employer for over 15 Years in operations and branch management. I am experienced and familiar with all aspects of bank operations as a supervisor/manager including compliance; cash handling/balancing and operational procedure. I am experienced and proficient in the supervising and management of branch staff and feel that I am known to be forthright; fair and efficient and an effective leader in the administration of resources to effectuate a team environment. I feel that I am a customer-centered banking professional with a diverse financial services career and I consistently produce positive outcomes in that area. I am a banking professional who can aggressively build a solid customer base which will drive revenue growth and continue to establish First Independent as the bank of choice in the area.  I feel that I am an effective communicator and a person who fosters and promotes positive relationship both in the organization and the community.
